From Myra

The CEO of a highly successful US AID contractor called me to help a team in Moscow determine why a critical initiative had hit a plateau. They had seen my abilities on their behalf in Botswana with a trade initiative involving 11 southern African countries. They knew I had the right set of questions to ask and the much-needed ability to see the big picture, get real answers to the questions, analyze possibilities for a new framework and develop a plan to get the initiative moving again.

In partnership with the mired American and Russian team, I identified the obstacles which lay primarily in their limited understanding of the overall context and situation and a debilitating, limited commitment to using communications among the various players. I advised both sides of the table, helped forge a stronger partnership and helped reposition the work itself.
