Institutional, team and individual will

Leaders often create innovative, bold strategic plans. As wise advisors, while we help teams develop those plans, we also honestly assess whether the team, the institution and individual leaders have the will to see the plans through and address any potential obstacles.

Example: After years of negative reaction to its growth, a large private university hired MPG Advisors to help establish better relations with the surrounding community. We conducted an extensive community audit and recommended that work to be done inside the institution before launching an external initiative. We helped develop internal belief in the value of better community relations and then helped institutionalize and staff a professional community relations office which then, with our guidance, began two-way communications that greatly improved internal management and external relationships.
