Best known for its Park City film festival, for its visionary founder Robert Redford and for its bold commitment to inspiring film and theatre unbounded by restrictions to creativity and voice.

As it approached 20, the Sundance Institute set out to chart a strong new path and brought in Myra as planning advisor and partner to the leadership team. She led an extensive international audit and provided a candid analysis of how the organization was valued and perceived. Myra worked to strengthen the leadership team, drawing together disparate aspects of the Institute for greater impact. She led planning discussions on global opportunities, increased competition, re-positioning and how to evolve institutionally. She assisted board and staff leadership as they considered innovative new ideas, entrepreneurial opportunities and new partnerships, ultimately helping create a powerful new direction and plan.

Sundance Institute is the stronger-than-ever leader of the independent film sector. According to its leadership, the team continues to use and value the wise advice and guidance Myra provided and sees a direct connection between the planning initiative and stronger relationships with stakeholders, funders and partners.
