From Myra – The J. Paul Getty Trust is renowned for its new Center overlooking LA, for its museum and for its worldwide conservation and education programs. As part of a larger team, I led a far-reaching effort to determine how the organization is valued and perceived and worked with senior leadership and the trustees to comprehensively realign the institution. A major outcome of the strategy was meaningful outreach efforts to connect with institutional cultural partners throughout the Los Angeles area.
