MPG Advisors assesses ability and capacity to implement plans and ideas. We evaluate staffing and resource gaps, and we help financial teams reallocate resources to new ideas. We conduct internal communications and employee audits and help leaders put the right capacity in place.

Example: After incubating a pilot project, a large Washington, DC, institution launched a new national nonprofit to change national and local policy affecting a specific issue. MPG Advisors played key roles in the organization's transition and launch, identifying and recruiting the new board of directors, establishing policies, informing the strategic plan and advising leadership on key management issues. Within two years the organization exceeded its fund raising goal, established a high-profile, powerful board, achieved national credibility and began operations in three cities.
