From Myra

My role with leadership teams reminds me of my adventure trekking in the Himalaya. As our small group reached Annapurna Base Camp at 15,500 feet, I celebrated my personal achievement of reaching this remote, wild destination, but I also knew I would not have made it without our extraordinarily skilled Sherpa guide. He knew the steep, rocky trails and the ever-changing environment. He led us with great confidence toward our vision and goals. By the end of the first day he knew each of our capabilities, our will, our needs, and our personal style. And, his knowledge of group dynamics guided us as we learned to support each other.

Leading a company is like trekking in the highest mountains. Wise leaders climb to great heights with a skilled, experienced and trusted advisor and guide who keeps the critical elements in balance.
